Nelesh is an Emmy-winning, Grierson-nominated producer and creative leader with a proven track record of developing and delivering groundbreaking documentaries and series for global audiences. For the past three years, he has been a key figure at Netflix, commissioning original series for the US and UK markets. His slate includes critically acclaimed hits such as *American Nightmare*, *Ashley Madison: Sex, Lies and Scandal*, *Robbie Williams*, Fred and Rose West: A British Horror Story, Jerry Springer: Fights, Camera, Action, *McGregor Forever*, *Who Killed Jill Dando?*, *Last Chance U*, *Break Point*, *Untold*, and *FIFA Uncovered*, among others.

Before Netflix, Nelesh served as Creative Director at Pulse Films, where he was part of the board and spearheaded a diverse range of projects, including *Dead Asleep* (Hulu), *ODB: A Tale of Two Dirties* (A&E IndieFilms), *Mr. Chow* (HBO), *Hair Power: Me and My Afro* (Channel 4), The Case Died With Her (Oxygen), Inside Missguided (C4) and Hip Hop Treasures (A&E).

Previously, as Head of Factual Development at Naked, Nelesh was responsible for growing Naked’s factual slate with commissions such as *Manson: The Lost Tapes* (Fox/ITV), *The Day I Picked My Parents* (A&E), and *Flight 93* (History Channel). Earlier in his career, he held senior creative roles at leading UK production companies, including On the Corner, Optomen, and Voltage TV, further honing his expertise in factual storytelling.
