The Afters is a VR drama about sexual consent from two perspectives - Jenna, a 17yo girl and Charlie, a 17yo boy. Intended for use as a Relationship and Sex Education tool and using both 1st person embodied and 3rd person POVs, The Afters explores the subtleties and grey areas of sexual interactions including peer and online influence, boundaries and body image, lack of communication and how inner voice affects our experience and the potential development of relationships for young people. The story leaves things ambiguous to facilitate discussion. Jenna’s POV is approx 10 minutes and Charlie’s POV is approx 9.5 minutes.
