Rob Aslett

Company Director, Executive Producer and Artist Manager, Avalon.
Rob Aslett is a Company Director, Executive Producer and Artist Manager at Avalon. He currently EPs several Avalon shows including the longest-running sitcom currently on British TV, Not Going Out (BBC1), and the BAFTA-winning Taskmaster (Channel 4). Previously, he has been an EP on Breeders (FX/Sky) and Starstruck (BBC3/HBO). Most recently, he has been working as an EP on Tall Tales & Murder (BBC/RTE), the new project from writer Stuart Carolan and director Chris Addison, set to premiere in 2026. He has also built a roster of supremely successful comedians and actors, including Lee Mack (BATFA winner and star of Not Going Out, Would I Lie To You? and The 1% Club) and Chris Addison (BAFTA winner, DGA and Emmy-winning director of Veep and The Hustle).

Brendan Byrne

Documentary Filmmaker
Brendan is an internationally recognised filmmaker who last narrative fiction film as Producer THAT THEY FACE THE RISING SUN, won the Best Films IFTA in 2024. Brendan has finished a new feature film SKINTOWN (written by Ciaran McMenamin) which will be released in 2026. Brendan’s documentary work includes GAZA (Sundance 2019) and IN THE SHADOW OF BEIRUT (Doc Edge 2023), both films selected as Ireland’s official entry to the Academy awards in the Best International Feature and Best Documentary feature categories in 2020 and 2024 respectively. Brendan’s other narrative feature films as producer include JUMP (TIFF 2012) and MAZE (2017), and his debut feature documentary as Director / Producer was the internationally acclaimed BOBBY SANDS: 66 DAYS (Hotdocs 2016/BBC Storyville) which went on to become the most successful Irish documentary at the box office that year.

Aoife O'Sullivan

Producer
Aoife O’Sullivan has over 20 years of experience in the film industry, and has been producing films since 2006. Aoife joined Subotica in 2000 and has since worked on all of Subotica’s productions in both a creative and production capacity, and has produced and co-produced numerous international productions. After completing an M.A. in Film Studies at University College Dublin, Aoife joined the Irish Film Centre in 1995 as Research Officer, co-ordinating all of the research activities of the Film Institute of Ireland and educating visitors to the Centre on Irish film. She then went on to lecture in Film Studies and Media Analysis in Ballyfermot College of Further Education for 3 years, before leaving the world of education to join the world of production.
