Stephen is Joint CEO and Creative Director of Two Cities Television and Executive Producer of BLUE LIGHTS (Series 1 and 2) for BBC. As Head of Drama for BBC N.I, he commissioned and executive produced LINE OF DUTY, THE FALL, feature-film EYE IN THE SKY, and factual-drama FIVE MINUTES OF HEAVEN.
Louise started her career at the BBC in Belfast working in production across Radio, TV and Online services. She flew the BBC nest and started working on independent shorts and features, producing her first feature film, A Bump Along The Way, in 2018. She runs her own company Gallagher Films and is co-creator, Exec and Co-Producer of BLUE LIGHTS. She is also the Development Exec in Belfast for Hat Trick Productions.
Declan Lawn and Adam Patterson met whilst working for the BBC's flagship current affairs programme, Panorama. They spent a decade making investigative documentaries, both in the UK and around the world, before moving into drama. In 2020, Adam and Declan were selected by Screen International as Stars of Tomorrow. The duo wrote hit drama THE SALISBURY POISONINGS, which became the BBC’s most watched drama of 2020 and was subsequently acquired by Netflix for the rest of the world. Their first feature-length film ROGUE AGENT , starring James Norton and Gemma Arterton, reached No.2 on Netflix UK on its release in the summer of 2021, and was subsequently released in Independent cinemas across the US to positive reviews. Adam and Declan’s original scripted series BLUE LIGHTS, about response police officers in Belfast aired on BBC One in early 2023 to five star reviews in The Guardian and The Telegraph, and averaged over 7 million viewers for each episode. They are currently directing series two of Blue Lights in Belfast. They have recently established their production company, Hot Sauce Pictures, in Belfast.
