Nicole Logan

Executive Producer (Development) - Goalhanger
Nicole Logan is a content producer with over a decade of experience in arts, media, and entertainment. Currently serving as Executive Producer (Development) at Goalhanger, she works across the company's diverse shows, including sports, history, politics, and entertainment. Nicole leads efforts to find talent, pilot shows, and guide them from concept to launch. Formerly Head of Development at Reduced Listening, Nicole has a keen eye for emerging voices and has been instrumental in producing standout projects for BBC Radio 3, 6Music, BBC Sounds, and Spotify, including Nailing It for Spotify and Arlo Park's Dream Fuel for 6Music. Her prior experience includes key roles in the radio output at the Roundhouse, Camden, and she is a founding trustee of the audio charity Multitrack.

Doireann Garrihy is a Radio & TV Broadcaster, Content Creator and Podcast Host. She previously presented 2FM Breakfast with Doireann, Donncha and Carl on RTÉ 2FM alongside Donncha O’Callaghan and Carl Mullan. Doireann presents Dancing with The Stars Ireland on RTÉ One.

Kathy Clugston (Chair)

Kathy Clugston is a freelance broadcaster. She has been hosting the world's longest-running gardening programme Gardeners' Question Time on BBC Radio 4 since 2019. She also presents The Ticket, a weekly Arts programme on BBC Radio Ulster and writes a monthly column for Ulster Tatler magazine.

Raw is a multi-award-winning international production company based in London. They are global producers of documentaries, feature films and TV series. From The Tinder Swindler and Don’t F**K With Cats to Stanley Tucci: Searching For Italy and Gold Rush; from cinema hits Three Identical Strangers, The Imposter and American Animals to long-running TV series Heathrow: Britain’s Biggest Airport and Locked Up Abroad. In 2023, Raw set up their podcast division with a mighty splash and two big commissions – Gay Girl Gone for CBC and The Second Victim for Audible. Now with their own podcast development and production arm, Raw are developing hard-hitting narrative boxsets for all major international podcasting platforms.
